Your personal contact creates the project in your project space and prioritises it. You only invest 20–30 minutes so we can walk through it properly together.
The timeline depends on scope, content and approvals. We communicate realistic time frames — without blanket promises.
Yes. As long as your flat rate is active you can continuously submit new requests in your project space.
You can cancel weekly, effective at the end of the current paid week. There is no minimum contract term.
The individual project rights to your website and the project-specific source code are yours after full payment.
No. Third-party services, hosting, domains and licences are not automatically included. We agree external costs with you in advance.
Yes. You can switch to the Shop or Platform Flat at any time as soon as your project grows in that direction.
Collaboration runs primarily asynchronously via your project space. We schedule calls when needed — never as mandatory meetings.
