Yes. Frontend, backend and database are built by one team — including login, roles, permissions, server functions and integrations.
You submit requests in your project space and set priorities. We agree the order together and work through them one after another.
Work is generally handled one request at a time. Parallel development on a single system is possible to a limited extent but not promised across the board.
The timeline depends on scope, roles, data model and integrations. We communicate realistic time frames — without blanket delivery promises for complex systems.
Yes. User accounts, login and a custom role and permission model are core parts of every platform.
Connections to CRM, ERP, payment providers and other systems are possible after technical review. We do not guarantee blanket compatibility with every provider.
No. Hosting, domains, database infrastructure and third-party services are not automatically included; they are agreed and billed separately.
We work with data minimisation, server-side checks and role-based access. Where personal data is processed we sign a data processing agreement. Special compliance requirements are agreed separately.
No. Content production, photo and video are not part of the base package unless explicitly agreed.
You can cancel weekly, effective at the end of the current paid week. There is no minimum term. Your platform stays with you.
The individual project rights and the project-specific source code are yours after full payment, in accordance with our terms.
Yes. After full payment we provide a structured technical handover so an internal or external team can continue development.
Additional capacity for specific phases or modules is available on request. Scope and terms are agreed separately.
